Most people would agree that the chest is one of the most popular, trainable muscle groups. Well-developed chest is important not only because the chest is responsible for all the forward movements of the upper body, but also strongly thick chest looks good.

One, if not the most famous body builder in the world, Arnold Schwarzenegger,’s best asset is his incredible pecs. I've heard judges and women say, "The first thing I see is a well-developed chest." So I've been doing some research, looking at new and old ones, to learn about training for thicker chests.

You can start with some basic knowledge. The chest is a large muscle divided into two parts. Clavicular angina, sternal angina. Upper and lower parts. So we have to train them to practice alone, which is the closest thing to isolating them. The lesson learned here is that the incline bench press is just as important as the flat bench press. But these aren't the only chest building exercises we can do, also doing as many different chest exercises as possible is key to building surrounding muscle groups, supporting and increasing the overall size and appearance of the chest. Dumbbell exercises allow for the greatest range of movement, and the cables allow for a variety of angles, important shaping and finishes. But it's hard to beat basic barbell exercises for maximum size and strength.

Improve your chest muscles

Eventually you will have to divide the breast into not only upper and lower, but also inner and outer. Angina pectoris major and angina minor. At this level you will begin to learn that specific areas of your chest require special attention. Machines can give you specific jobs and tight angles. Cables can give you the flexibility to reach all angles again. This flexibility and wide range of available chest exercises allow for a lot of potential for a thicker chest.

Variety, consistency and proper form with weights are some of the basic keys to a thick chest. Diet, rest, and devotion are always equally important. Remember to use everything available and pay attention to what works best for you. The most important thing is to be safe with yourself.
